NOTES ON FEES & REBATES APPLIED AT CHECKOUT:
- Performance Bond: A $20 Performance Bond fee (refundable) is applied for each division you register to play in.
- Credit Card Transaction Fee: A transaction fee of 4.1% of the total transaction amount will be charged to cover the transaction cost of paying via a credit card. Not applicable to any other payment method.
- Multi-Division Rebate: A $50 rebate will be applied if you register for more than one division.
