By registering as a member of the Kamloops United Soccer Club and participating in the Kamloops Soccer League, collectively (the “League”), you are agreeing to the following release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity as well as the code of conduct:

1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY

2. CODE OF CONDUCT

Membership in the League is a privilege.

As a member, you are an ambassador for the League and for the game of soccer.

By registering, you are agreeing to abide by all League By-Laws and Rules & Regulations as well as the BC Soccer Association Rules of Conduct and FIFA Rules of the Game.

At all times, you will exhibit fair play, good sportsmanship and – above all – respect for all players, officials and spectators.

You understand and acknowledge that providing inaccurate, false or misleading information on your membership registration is considered to be a violation of League rules and will be reported directly to BC Soccer for disciplinary action.

You further acknowledge and agree that the League reserves the right to revoke your membership as well as attendance privileges at League events and may do so, without refund, should you fail to adhere to all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions that govern it.
